What an opening week is right! With a 70″ base already, Whistler Blackcomb is sporting mid-winter conditions at the best possible time of year– early season.

With all this snow in the rearview, there are still stashes on North America’s biggest ski resort. Also, another storm should impact the region later this weekend, hopefully giving this already good base a refresh for one more pre-holiday powder party.

Whistler Blackcomb Snow Report:

What an opening week! Whistler Blackcomb has received 204cm over the last seven days with a total of 313cm since November 1. The snow couldn’t have been timed more perfectly providing a very memorable opening week. Skiing conditions are excellent on both mountains with great coverage and more snow in the forecast heading into the weekend. The Harmony 6 Express opened for the season yesterday and patrol is working hard to open more alpine terrain once it is safe to do so.
