With 167 snowguns on full blast and 7″ of fresh on the ground, one Vermont ski area is happy to announce they will be opening early.

Located in the Green Mountains of southern Vermont, Mount Snow will open the day before Thanksgiving– Wednesday, November 23rd.
“We’ve had the perfect mix of cold temperatures for snowmaking and natural snowfall to get our winter started off on the right foot.” – Kelly Pawlak, general manager
Mount Snow will host top-to-bottom skiing on Cascade and Canyon while also opening Long John, Deer Run, Launch Pad and The Gulch at Carinthia. More trails could become available if weather cooperates.
