Based on an article published by the Washington Post this morning, Nevada, California, and Massachusetts all passed legislation measures that will open the door for recreational pot sales within the next two years. Also, medical marijuana claimed a huge victory with Florida, North Dakota, and Arkansas all approving various degrees of medical marijuana use in their states.
