In a statement the company acknowledged the sale of Grouse Mountain saying, “This recent decision will ensure that Grouse Mountain continues to build on its strong heritage and further cultivate the Grouse Mountain brand and opportunities.” The resort, which is only a 20 minute drive from Vancouver, attracts approximately 1.3 million visitors annually. Those who already bought passes can expect mountain operations stay the course as the property is marketed to new owners.
