It’s been a rough year for Shaun White. What started with a notable X-Games snub is now being followed by a PR nightmare involving fecal porn, dick pics, and a video involving one couple having sex atop a dead bear.

According to TMZ, White’s band mate and Bad Things drummer Lena Zawaideh claims she was sexually abused by the snowboard star over the course of her 7 years with the band. And although we reported on the abuse earlier this year, new court documents are painting a much darker picture of White’s abuse.
“I am pursuing this case because women should not have to tolerate harassment at work. Shaun White should not be allowed to do whatever he wants just because he is famous. Although I am embarrassed to have been treated this way, I cannot sit by and watch him do this to other women.” – Lena Zawaideh
Zawaideh claims that “The Flying Tomato” subjected her to watching one video titled, “Church of Fudge,” which involves a nun, a priest, and some sexualized excrement. Also included in the court documents, White allegedly showed his female drummer footage of a couple shooting a bear before proceeding to get intimate on the bear’s corpse. In addition to the video-based harassment, White supposedly stuck his hands in his pants before placing his fingers in front of Zawaideh’s face.
And the list goes on…
So far, White has said he did indeed send those texts but the harassment claims are “bogus.” Zawaideh is currently suing for back pay as well as damages related to the sexual assault charges.
