Solid turnout for the Fort William DH World Cup finals in Scotland. Emotions were running high as this was the first competition after the passing of Canadian mountain biker Stevie Smith. With the spirit of the former world cup champion in the air the racers took to the unusually dry and always technical course in front of a crowd of 25,000.

British rider Rachel Atherton took the top spot on the women’s side and South African rider Greg Minaar won the men’s. Screen shot 2016-06-06 at 11.08.46 AMDH-womens-podium DH-Mens-podium
