Some really grim and disturbing news is coming out of one the Front Range’s premier ski resorts in what seems more suited to a mob movie than it does a ski resort’s daily news.
According to Fox 31 Denver, a ski resort employee at Eldora Mountain Resort discovered a snow boot on Wednesday that appears to contain human remains. As of now, we assume the human remains are a foot but details remain unclear. The employee was cleaning up one of the parking lots when he stumbled upon the boot. He later alerted authorities at 4:30pm.
Back in January, resort employee Ryder Johnson went missing and was never found. Whether or not the boot and the remains therein belong to Johnson has yet to be confirmed. The search for the rest of the body is ongoing.
