Perisher, Australia got a nice fresh coat of the white stuff as a winter storm system blanketed all four of its resort areas with 15cm over 24 hours. Somehow just watching roads getting plowed make me feel cooler:

The Village 8 Express chairlift and two magic carpets offered up access to the best terrain on Front Valley, with the Slopestyle Terrain Park also open to the public. With strong winds and fresh snow hanging around today, guests have been enjoying those wind-blown stashes. A top temperature of 1 degree today, with that wind blowing fresh snow across our four resort areas. Rug up and get out there to make the most of the start of the season!”

….anyone want to explain the expression “Rug Up”?
