Back in 2008, Shaun White made headlines for something other than snowboarding and skating. The flying tomato had started a band– Bad Things with drummer Lena Zawaideh.
As it turns out, the name of the band is turning prophetic. Zawaideh now claims that Shaun White sexually harassed her, failed to pay her, and made controlling requests of the band during her 8 year tenure with the group reports TMZ.

After years of alleged sexual harassment, she is now suing White for punitive damages. She alleges that during her time with the band, White “made inappropriate and sexually harassing and suggestive comments” and acted like a self-centered diva.
According to Zawaideh, White already owes her more than $42,000 in addition to compensation she’s requesting for punitive damages related to the harassment charges.
White’s legal team has not yet responded to the allegations.
