Details continue to emerge concerning the baby bison that was euthanized after a father and son placed the animal in the back of their SUV. New footage shows the adolescent bison shaking in the cold and struggling to cross a river.

Although that’s no reason to interfere with nature’s way of doing things, it definitely casts the culprits in a more favorable light. On the other hand, the bison had to be euthanized while the irresponsible tourists were slapped on the wrist with a $135 fine for “disturbing wildlife.”
