…to a little rope tow designed for tubing for $9,000
Alright, so you have your lift sorted, now you need to make sure there is enough coverage to use them. Might I suggest a SMI Polecat Snowgun…you can own one for a cool $9,000 (a guy in Pennsylvania named Vince has 5 of them, you might get a kick down if you buy a few.)
Finally you will need a snowcat or two to push around that snow you just made. If your budget is tight and you’re not scared of a little engine work this Bombardier Snowcat SW75 in New Jersey is only $3,500:
If you want to get a bit more spendy you could go with this 1998 Piston Bully for €65,0000 but you have to go to Ukraine to pick it up. 
And then there’s my person favorite, the converted 1991 GMC Passenger Van. This puppy holds 12 passengers and only has 2,400 hours on it. So much room for activities.
