12316059_998420946886412_1380636384887957213_nNOAA is forecasting yet another winter storm to impact the Tahoe region this Thursday.

“Another storm is expected to impact the Sierra on Thursday December 3rd. Ahead of the snow, winds could be gusting to 80 mph or more along the crest and up to 50 mph in the lower elevations. Western Nevada valleys will most likely be ‘shadowed’ from the bulk of the precipitation. This leaves lower confidence in snow potential across western Nevada. Snow amounts are the current best estimates.” – US National Weather Service Reno Nevada
