Full disclosure, this video was produced by RECCO but it does make a solid point that having two identifying devices couldn’t hurt a rescue attempt. Like he says, “It’s not a competition between safety devices” and in fact some avalanche transceivers have RECCO reflector included in the beacon. As the Navy Seals saying goes “One is none, Two is one.” Stay safe out there people!
