This beautiful short film show one woman’s joy of swimming naked in an amazing landscape. The cold mountain lakes of Snowdonia, North Wales, is a stunning landscape and clearly a wonderful place to stay connected to our bodies and to nature.
Filmed, produced, and swam by fine artist Natasha Brooks. This film was part of a collection of shorts at the Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival last weekend.
