All of our growth charts are printed on the highest grade of CARB compliant baltic birch plywood. Birch is a highly renewable resource! The inks used in the printing are low/no-voc inks, called UV curable inks, which are solvent free. These colors will stand the test of time as they are printed directly onto the wood, and will not fade. Each chart is coated with an awesome UV curable finish. We DO NOT use toxic polyurethanes as they can “off gas” in your home for up to five years.
