Kicking Horse

Currently British Columbia is leading the pack in terms of snowfall and El Nino predictions have been both right and wrong. NOAA’s predictions are right (so far) when talking about the ridiculous precipitation in the southwest (Tahoe is currently at 264% of its normal snowpack). But they are wrong when predicting that interior British Columbia should be dry (so far).
