After failing to open this past year due to low snow totals, construction holdups, and warm weather plaguing Utah, Ski Cherry Peak is planning on opening this year for its inaugural season.

The ski area, which is located just 20 minutes away from Logan, UT, is currently selling season passes and getting its newly developed snow making system in place to assure a timely opening. So far, the resort is offering 3 triple chairs and one surface lift on 203 skiable acres with the longest trail boasting a length of 1.25 miles. Although the resort will be closed on Sundays, night skiing will be offered nightly on 3 of the lifts from 5pm-9pm.

Note: The Mountain will be closed daily from 4-5 pm for grooming.

The ski area will also offer tubing, nordic skiing, and ice skating in addition to downhill skiing and riding.
