As you can see above, lake-effect snow coming off the great lakes produces heavy snowfalls but we also see pockets of deep snow in the Adirondack High Peaks, the Green Mountains of Vermont and the Presidential Range in New Hampshire.

If you go by ski resort totals, Jay Peak in Vermont gets the most snow with an average of 380 inches pre year.
