Jude Gomilla takes his homemade, 3-D printed jet-powered snowboard out for a test spin in Tahoe. The jet-powder system was built by Gorilla-glueing an electric ducted fan to a 3-D printed mount, and then Gorilla-glued that to his board. Gomilla rekons his jet-powered snowboard can go 15mph on the flats with it’s 22lbs of thrust. Unfortunately, the 4000mAh battery runs flat in about four minutes when run at full throttle.

Now who wants to see the race between the rocket-powdered snowboard and the jet board!?
