With the ski season in full swing we bring you this map showing what ski regions are having good snow falls and which are coming up short. For much of the west, precipitation has been below average. The winners, so far this season, have been Northern Idaho, much of Colorado and Montana. Utah is still below average despite some big December storms. Tahoe and the Sierras are still looking depressingly dry.
Keep in mind that there is still plenty of time left in the 2014 – 2015 ski season and a lot can change.
