EPIC ALERT- NEW ENGLAND, 12-24 INCHES OF LOW DENSITY POWDER

From: Powderchasers.com

EPIC ALERT
hoisted for portions of CT, NY, MA, south- central Vermont, New Hampshire and most of Maine.  Light snow will begin over southern New England Monday evening and spread into the mountains of MA, NH, VT by 3AM Tuesday.  Heavy snow will be falling all day Tuesday, Cold Temperatures, and winds will provide free refills during the day!  Bullseye seems to be over coastal and central MA, southern New Hampshire including Gunstock (12-20) and as far north as Wildcat (11-15).   Vermont will do best fromRutland south (9-12).  Interior Maine within a 90 mile radius of Portland will see heavy snow Tuesday through early Wednesday.  I am confident for Sunday River and Sugarloaf.  A chase might be possible in central New England Tuesday and deep snow again in northern Maine Wednesday!

High northerly winds may provide refills all day Tuesday and another epic day for Wednesday!

The Wasatch and Tetons get teased with a light to moderate event Tuesday/Wednesday. Even theSierra gets a taste of light snow!  The models don’t look too impressive and it is possible that the Tetons score higher with snow taking a northerly track late Tuesday.  More on this teaser storm on Monday.
