The Couloir NE of Col Armand Charlet is a beautiful and steep couloir in the Mont Blanc Massif. These boys are going to give the 50-55˚ couloir a go, snowboarding their way into history. From the Argentiere Hut you can see this couloir just in front of you. It was skied for the first time in 1993 by Emmanuel Ballot, and no one has skied it since. This video is a description of the first ever snowboard descent: In May 2013 Julien Herry, Davide Capozzi and Luca Rolli made the first repetition and have now filmed and presented it to the public – one of the most extreme descents we’ve seen in ages.
