“Last March a group of us from Jackson converged with friends from Colorado and headed north to the Fairy Meadow (aka Bill Putnam) Hut, located in the Adamant Mountains, British Columbia. A heli ride in and out allows for ample food and libations to be brought in to fuel skiers and snowboarders in exploring the incredible terrain. We were lucky to experience both deep and stable snow in addition to good weather.

Shot with GoPro Hero2 and Hero3 black cameras. Most of the POV footage is from Hero2… I didn’t have as many Hero3 batteries, so the helmet cam shots were mostly 960p. I’m really excited to use the Hero3+ black this winter, it should help reduce the banding of colors that you can see in some low light shots.” –
