The first snowfall of the season has fallen on the high peaks of the Lake Tahoe region. Snow levels fell to below 8,000 feet last night with Squaw Valley reporting 3-4″ of new snowfall on the upper elevations.

This is the first snowfall of the season for the Tahoe region and a great way to bring in the first day of Fall.
