A crazy man fired a single gunshot today within 0.6 miles of 3 Truckee public schools. Truckee Elementary School, Truckee High School, and the Sierra Continuation School were all put on “lockdown” due to this shooting at 11:30am.
The cops shot this strange man with a “non-lethal” bean bag shotgun round. This shooter was the only person injured in the incident today.

This guy was arrested and the “lockdown” was lifted on the 3 schools at 1pm.
Not much else is know except that he fired the shot in the presence of police officers but not in their direction.
