Powder turns and big mountains.
Powder turns and big mountains.

Conditions have been perfect the past couple of days for getting after bigger lines in Hakuba. Blue skies, minimal winds, stable snow, reasonably cold temps (for high pressure, by Hakuba standards).

Kaerazu was the target for today, but it does not look quite filled in yet. Instead, we head to settle for two steep north facing runs in great powder. Oh well.

Just a one photo tease for today, as its an early wake up tomorrow, in hopes of scoring one of the big peaks in the area.

Stay tuned for more stoke from Hakuba…
