They might not end up with all 100 of those inches, but I think it’s pretty clear that SOMETHING is gonna happen up there.  Mt. Baker people…are you ready?  You better be, you’re about to get the full Green Light to powder madness in November.  Your season starts now.

NOAA.gov Forecast:

– Sunday Night:  3-7″

– Monday:  22-28″

Monday Night:  33-39″

Tuesday:  20-26″

Tuesday Night:  9-13″

Wednesday:  10-16″

Wednesday Night:  3-7″

If you add up all the higher numbers from that forecast, you’re looking at 136” of snow!  Damn!!  If you add up all the lowest numbers, it’s still 100”.

Baker already has a 55” inch base, all 8 lifts open, all terrain is open, and they’ve been having full-on powder days.

Looks like Baker is gonna have the highest snow total on the season again.
