It snowed last week and while most of us didn’t think it was enough to schuss on, apparently that was being a bit narrow-minded. The crew from Point of Release made there way over to Grand Targhee this weekend for the first turns of the season. While it may not have been as epic as some of the other first turns of the year, it still looked like some pretty solid pow. While warmer temps are currently reducing the snowpack a bit down low, there’s supposed to be a little more snow on the way this week. I wouldn’t claim it’s “game on” quite yet, but it’s getting there. Plus, you have to admire these guys’ ambition.
