In Aspen, $25k =’s your ticket to lift-served untouched pow FOR THE SEASON. The pass is fully transferable, and you can bring up to three friends with you on your pre-operation exploits. The only catch? That whole business of coughing up $25k.

Only 18 of these special passes are being offered. The Ultimate Pass also gets you a meet-and-greet with U.S. Women’s Ski Team who are scheduled to race at Aspen over the Thanksgiving weekend among several other perks. Pass holders also get to have breakfast with U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association president Bill Marolt. The rest of the Ultimate Ski fee is supposed to go towards charity, and/or to assist either Aspen schools or World Cup Racing events.

So a season pass at Aspen goes for about $1,900. Who has the money to buy a pass that costs $25k? Probably the same people that already own a Gold Pass, and just have the dough to burn. This isn’t the first time they’ve offered the pass either, and they normally do not sell more than a couple. Currently, only one has been sold, but that dude/dudette is stoked! And probably filthy rich too. Still, imagine having your home mountain totally untracked, and all to yourself and three friends before the public tracks it out? A ski dream come true for sure. Only in A$$$PEN.
