Friday, September 16th-Sunday, September 18th – 18th Annual Telluride Blues & Brews Festival. Featuring Willie Nelson, The Flaming Lips, Zappa Plays Zappa, The Robert Cray Band, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, moe., Fitz and the Tantrums, Mavis Staples and many more. Oh, and over 50 AMAZING Breweries pouring brews. Friday, September 16th – DJ SOULATOMIC’s Dirty Delta Blues Dance Party: BLUES @ the BEAN. $5 @ 10pm. “.DJ Soulatomic spins some of his signature Blues & Funk beats late into the night. The party changes at midnight to a bumpin’ dance party and for just $5 you can be a part of it. Drinks will be served till 2am, but the music continues to 3am! Saturday, September 17th – The Sugar Thieves: BLUES @ the BEAN. $? @ 10pm. For the third day in a row, “Arizona’a finest meat-shakin’ blues band” plays Telluride. This will no doubt be their most intimate show of the trifecta.

Sunday, September 18thBetter Than Bacon: BLUES @ the BEAN. 9:30pm. Voodoo-blues out of Fort Collins! These guys sound great…

Thursday, September 22ndThe Motet @ The Llama. $12 @ 10pm. Boulder-based Jazz / Afro-beat / Electronica. These guys play an awesome, high energy show. Don’t miss them!
