With the Twilight Series over, Red Butte Concerts finished, and the Bees done for the season Summer is starting to mellow out in the SLC. Lucky for us there is plenty to do in the Fall in SLC also. The Dew Tour is back in town, season passes are on sale and there is still some good camping to be done. Strap on your spectating shoes, bust out your credit card and dust off that sleeping bag. Fall is here!

The Dew Tour will bring many of the worlds top Skateboarders, BMX, and FMX riders to SLC this week. The area around Energy Solutions Arena will be packed with people and large dirt jumps. This is a very good time to be in downtown SLC.

Check out the Dew Tour Website for more info.

Sept 1othThe Spazmatics @ Liquid Joes @ 9:00pm Cost: ??? (Again I am thinking $5-$10)

The Spazmatics rocked the Hell out of the Outdoor Retailer Show this year at the Teva party. I would say that anytime you can go see these guys you are guaranteed a good time. Go to Joe’s and enjoy the 80’s being more fun than I remember them.

Sept 9thStonefed @ Downstairs @ 9:00pm Cost: ??? ($5-$10 I am guessing)

The rockers from Stonefed roll up from Moab to SLC on a regular basis to play such huge venues as the Hog Wallow and The Peruvian Lodge. Tonight they will be rocking Park City, UT at Downstairs. The Downstairs is a rad bar/club on Main st.  that is partly owned by Hyde from That 70’s Show. Come rock out and have some fun.

Before Sept. 15thBuy your Snowbird Pass @ Snowbird Cost: Depends on who you are.

Season passes are on sale at Snowbird and the prices go up after the 15th on September. There are some really good deals for college students and young adults. (Young adults are people under 25 in actual age, not just in spirit.) Buying your pass for the cheapest price possible will save you some money for PBR later. One recommendation, go to Snowbird and pick up your pass before the first day of skiing to avoid the massive line at the season ticket office.Check the Snowbird Season Pass Website for pricing details.
