Today Cerro Catedral was…interesting.  After big snowfall totals yesterday (upwards of 45 cm up top) things were not quite as bottomless as we all hoped.  With high winds things were mostly scoured and wind packed in places, and other pockets still harbored epic blower.

Skies are still epic in Bariloche
The views continued to be grand

We saw an upside-down snow pack today, with a wind crust on top of light  pow.  Fortunately, despite this inherent weak layer things were still stable.  Most of the inbounds terrain was heavily wind effected, Laguna was certainly wind pressed, and Nubes was epic wind buff (even at 3:30 in the afternoon, Nubes was still barely skied).
