It was Christmas Day- one of the first pow days of the season and I was fired up to get some good footage.  Gold Hill was skiing like cool whip and the trees were finally filled in nicely.  I skied this fun gully below Gold Hill and decided to take a tight little straight-line that reminded me of Vermont when…WHABAM!  A low hanging widow maker nearly took my head off and stripped the Go-pro clean off my helmet.  I looked for hours, but to no avail.  As soon as Gold Hill opened back up for hiking this summer I headed up to the line which was still ingrained in my head.  I found the camera easily on a little mound of snow towards the bottom of the line.  It works like new and we were psyched to see the footage.  Thank you to Go-Pro for making such a bad-ass product!
