With all this June powder and more on the way, we’ve gotta ask the question:

Who is still open?

Because if you’re still open you’re a champion in the eyes of the die-hard-ski-freak, and there happens to be a lot of them around here.

Arapahoe Basin, CO                                    – Closing Date:  June 19th, 2011 (Sat & Sun only)

Grouse Mountain, BC                                 – Closing Date:  July 1st (Sat & Sun only)

Snowbird, UT                                                  – Closing Date:  July 4th, 2011 (Fri, Sat, Sun only)

Mammoth Mountain, CA                          – Closing Date:  July 4th, 2011

Crystal Mountain, WA                               – Closing Date:  TBD in July, 2011 (Sat & Sun only)

Timberline Lodge, OR                                – Closing Date:  September 5th, 2011

Donner Ski Ranch, CA                               – Closing Date:  When The Snow is Gone (Sat & Sun only)

Whistler, BC    (opens again on June 18th for daily glacier skiing/riding)


If you still wanna ride lifts, you certainly still can.  It’d be sweet if we still had something in Tahoe open daily or at least just during June powder days.
