Mechanic carrying car window, view through glass

Like taxes and diarrhea, replacing your windshield is just one of the facts of life you have to deal with. While I remain convinced that the windshield repair companies and the chip-seal roadwork companies are in cahoots, my extensive sleuthing is yet to turn up any hard evidence. So, while my multi-million dollar class action lawsuit pends, you (or your insurance) are going to have to do it the old fashioned way- kicking down some cash for some random guy to come to your home/office/bar to replace it. Intermountain Auto Glass serves the greater Jackson area, and will get the job done with marginal success and efficiency, at a reasonable cost. Essentially, they’re the Arby’s of the auto glass repair world: they’re not total crap, they’re far from the best, but they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time with moderate success. After my experience, I was satisfied, but they by no means blew my socks off. After the first attempt at replacing my windshield, the windshield leaked everywhere (luckily it was raining that day). When I called them, they said they couldn’t come back for four days to fix it. I told them that was ridiculous, so they came back that day and fixed the problem. So, as I said, they get the job done, but aren’t exactly setting records doing it.
