The big red box is in operation again!  Yesterday a bunch of die hard skiers and riders turned up to take advantage of that sweet 4000′ ride.  With the more snow at the top than when the lifts closed, there is still plenty of riding to be done.  Unfortunately, it is not riding like the last week of the winter season, but it is always great to get on snow. The winter that doesn’t want to quit has also allowed snow to stick around all the way to the bottom of the Hobacks.  Making it quite easy to get back to the parking lot.  The resort is also being very kind for those who do not have a pass and live in the Valley.   Just bring a local ID to the ticket window, and they will give you a ticket.

And to finish off a day of tram access skiing, Old West Brew Fest was happening and there were many tasty adult beverages to help rehydrate.
