Another day is in the books at Snowbird. The wind buff was in full effect today after heavy winds yesterday and all last night smoothed out the mountain to the max. The sun was out and there was a solid spectating crowd for Day 1 of the US Freeskiing Nationals on Silver Fox.

There was some top notch big mountain freeskiing today at the comp with some of the highest Day 1 scored I have ever seen. Top runs were thrown down by Drew Tabke, Kevin O’Meara and Angel Collinson. Tomorrow should be more of the same with Baldy looking uber sweet and untouched since the re-cream.

Special thanks to Eric Bryant for putting together this edit and for hitting some rowdy cliffs to make it cool.
