The only thing that could top yesterday’s insane storm day would have been a bluebird day today. Well we got just that and it was all time . I got the second tram and headed straight to Mineral. I had heard from my buddy Tim Lewin that Mineral was insane late yesterday when the sun started breaking through. Tim was right! Mineral was epic and I knocked out 7 laps in about and hour. It was “one of those days”, a HOA (pronounced: Who-ah) day. (Huck Off Anything)

There were no lift lines at all and trams were walk on all day. The sun was out in full effect until about 1:00pm when a light cloud cover rolled in. Not everything went perfect though for the kid. I stomped a 20 footer onto rocks in Get Serious which caused damage to: my helmet (Broke off visor), my pants (Huge hole in right calf area) and skis (Major P-tex removal). No damage to the body, which was nice. Another unfortunate incident of the day was Kenjiro Matsuo going 40 feet to rocks in the Forbidden Zone. Kenjiro busted up his ankle a bit and I wish him a quick recovery. I don’t have footage of these two crashes because my GoPro died at about 11:00am.

What a day!!!!
