College skiers are invading Stowe!  The best of the best will be in town competing in the 2011 National Collegiate Men’s and Women’s Skiing Championships.  The Championships are being held March 9-12 at the Stowe Mountain Resort and Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont. The championships are hosted by the UVM.  If you are in town, you should definitely go check out some o the events.  The Alpine events are being held on the Spruce side on Main Street, which is right off of the Sensation Quad.  It’s really easy to access and watch!  If you can’t make it to Stowe, the NCAA is webcasting the event LIVE so you can watch it from anywhere!  To watch, CLICK HERE.  The Championships couldn’t be held at a better time!  All of the new snow has made for some great conditions.  Even though we are supposed to get some precip over the next few days, it should fall as snow.  This could change the scheduling a bit for the Championships, so be sure to check out the NCAA site for up-to-date info.
